1. Composition of shot blasting machine:
The shot blasting machine is mainly composed of four parts
① Generally, the high-speed rotating impeller is used to eject the projectile in a certain direction under the action of high centrifugal force. In the working process, some shot blasting machines can swing or move up and down at a certain angle.
② Projectile collection, separation and transportation system.
③ The bearing body that makes the casting continuously run and turn over during shot blasting.
④ Dust removal system.
2. Classification of shot blasting machine
According to the structure of casting bearing body, shot blasting machine can be divided into roller type, chain plate type, rotary table type, trolley type, squirrel cage type and hanging type shot blasting machine;
Drum type and chain plate type shot blasting machine is suitable for cleaning small and medium-sized castings which are not afraid of collision. The cylinder type shot blasting machine relies on the spiral guide bar in the cylinder body to make the casting overturn and move forward. The plate and the shot blasting machine make the chain plate move through the casting. Rotary table type, trolley type and hanging type shot blasting machines are used to clean large and medium-sized castings. There are usually fixed shot blasting chambers in which the cleaned castings rotate or move. The shot blasting chamber is generally equipped with several shot blasting devices installed in different positions to eject projectiles from different directions, so as to improve the cleaning efficiency and cleaning quality of the shot blasting machine. The hanging shot blasting machine can be equipped with several hooks on the suspension chain according to the needs of the castings to be cleaned. During cleaning, the casting is hung on the hook and turns over automatically while running forward. The castings are loaded and unloaded outside the shot blasting room and cleaned indoors.
According to the working system, it can be divided into intermittent shot blasting machine and continuous shot blasting machine.
